  1. Lock yourself inside, switch of your phone, turn down the sound of your computer and sit down.
  2. Then Scroll down till you see the white dot in the middle of your screen,
  3. Focus on the white dot. Concentrate and focus. Let your thaughts flow and flow again. Breathe, breathe...till your mind is totally empty.
